My name is Jen, and my work is born from my own lived experience of finding my way back to myself. For 17 years, I was in a controlling and manipulative marriage — a relationship where I slowly lost my identity, my voice, and the woman I once knew myself to be. While raising my daughter, I learned how to survive, but I also lived with a constant sense of disconnection and uncertainty about who I truly was.

During those years, I built a strong professional career in a male-dominated industry, eventually becoming one of Australia’s top Sales Managers within my company. But even with those achievements, I felt a deep emptiness — the quiet knowing that success on paper didn’t replace the parts of myself I had lost.

My turning point came when I made a commitment to myself — to stop shrinking. I chose to leave my marriage and step into a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth. Since then, I’ve invested close to $50,000 into myself: working with life coaches, completing breathwork facilitator training, attending women’s retreats, exploring trauma healing, and reconnecting deeply with my spiritual side. For the first time in my life, I began to feel like me.

I eventually felt called to Far North Queensland — to the warmth, the slower pace, and the sense of freedom that matched the woman I was becoming. Today, I use everything I’ve learned to support other women who feel disconnected, controlled, unseen, or unsure of who they are. I help them regulate their nervous system, reconnect to their identity, and rise into the strong, grounded version of themselves they deserve to be.

Alongside my partner, I also support couples through relationship mentoring, blending lived experience, conscious communication, and trauma-informed guidance. Together we help people create connection that feels safe, honest, and real.

My mission now is simple: to guide others back to themselves — with compassion, safety, and the knowing that healing is absolutely possible.
